The Pontifical Council for the Laity has sent out an information sheet for the next World Youth Day, scheduled to take place in Rio de Janeiro from 23 to 28 July 2013. The PCL Youth Section have compiled this information concerning the pastoral and logistic aspects of the event in order to express the spirit of WYD and the essential organisation that supports an event of such huge dimensions. The Information Sheet has been sent out to bishops’ conferences and international youth movements and associations, and we are making it available here in order to facilitate its diffusion.
