During the days from 15th to 17th May, 2013, an international Congress has been organized in Rome by the Pontifical University “Regina Apostolorum”, under the title: “Springtime of the Church and action of the Holy Spirit”. The Congress has been held, in the Year of Faith, on occasion of the Day dedicated to the movements, new communities, associations and lay associations with Pope Francis, on 18th May, Vigil of Pentecost, in St Peter’s square.

In his talk, Bishop Clemens illustrated the Mission of the ecclesial movements and new communities in the formation and spreading of the faith.
